Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post Standard delivery.

Contact us with your order number and tracking details. We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund.
